Effective Date: October 22, 2024
At TOPFOLLOW (https://topfollow2.com/), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims, and it provides instructions on how copyright holders can submit a notice if they believe their rights are being violated.
Reporting Copyright Infringements
If you believe that content available on or through our website (https://topfollow2.com/) infringes on your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent at the following contact details:
Email: contact@topfollow2.com
To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:
- Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL of the allegedly infringing material).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which TOPFOLLOW is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of that party.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking an injunction against the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
TOPFOLLOW reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeated infringers, according to the DMCA and applicable laws.
